1. Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from our facility in Queensland, Australia.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
Estimated delivery times (within Australia):
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (metro areas)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
Rural and remote deliveries may require additional time.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
2. International Orders
We ship internationally via trusted global couriers.
Delivery timeframes typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Important: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
3. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
Mouth Care Plus Pty Ltd is not liable for delays or loss caused by postal or courier services.
We will assist you in liaising with the shipping provider to help trace and resolve delivery issues.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.
4. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind on oral care or personal care products.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival:
Notify us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mouthcareplus.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Once assessed and approved, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund, at our discretion.
All products must be used according to instructions provided.
MouthCare+ does not accept returns or issue refunds for damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or unauthorised use.
6. Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
